No Bake Apple Crumble For One
- 1 large sweet apple, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, plus more for topping
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup Apple Cinnamon Harvest Granola, divided
- Optional: vanilla ice cream to serve
Add apple, coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt to a small saucepan over medium heat. Salute until apples are tender and caramelized (6-8 minutes).
Grab a small bowl (I used an 8 oz mason jar) and fill it with half of your granola. Top the granola with your sautéed apples and then finish with the rest of your granola. Top with vanilla ice cream and additional maple syrup if desired!
